Where are you?

We are located at 4 Center Street. You can find us in the parking lot behind the Corner store on the right as you head up the hill to the intersection of Center Street and Main Street.

What services do you offer?

Do you accept QR Codes on Returns?

We unfortunately cannot accept QR codes in order to generate a return label. That is a policy of the various mail carrier providers. If you cannot generate your own label online, you will have to bring it to an official location of that mail carrier.

Do you offer UPS services?

Yes! We are a UPS Authorized Shipping Outlet (ASO). We offer all UPS services such as Ground, Priority Shipping, Overnight & more.

Do you offer FedEx services?

Yes! We are a FedEx Authorized Shipping Center. We offer all FedEx services such as Home delivery, FedEx Priority, Overnight Shipping and more.

Can you take USPS Packages?

At the moment, we are unable to take USPS Parcels and letters. You will have to bring those downtown to the United States Post Office for shipping.

How much does it cost to ship through Beyond The Box?

Prices depend on a multitude of things such as shipping zone, dimensions, weight, and declared valued.

Do you do Printing, Photocopying and scanning?

Yes, we offer both standard A4 & Legal size Printing and Photocopying.

Do you Fax?

At this time, we are unable to provide Fax services. Please consider scanning your documents and have them emailed to your recipient.

I need a box. Do you have supplies in store?

We have plenty of box sizes to choose from as well as packing tape, bubble wrap, packing paper and more.

Can I get mail shipped to Beyond The Box?

You may only ship packages to Beyond The Box if you are a private mailbox customer with us and have a legal residence in the State of NH. Any of packages will be returned to their sender.

How do I Sign Up for a Private Mailbox?

You will have to visit our store and fill our a PS Form 1583 which you can find Here. This requires you to have proof of NH residency. Mailboxes start at $15/ month and have no contracts.

I saw something about Starlink. How does that work?

We have Starlink units in house for rent and for sale. Come in or call us on the phone to find out more about our installation and setup process.

I shipped a package through you guys. When will it get there?

Your selected shipping service as well as shipping zone will determine the arrival date of your package. We provide tracking number for all our customers, including drop-offs. So you don’t need to worry about where your package is.

What happens if my package is damaged?

If your package has been damaged in some way, please contact us to file a claim with the mail carrier. We also recommend buying insurance on your package if it exceeds $100 in value.
